Nestled among the pine ridges of southeastern Kentucky, Mountain View Baptist Camp offers a place to slow down, gather with the people who matter, and remember what it feels like to breathe.
Mountain View Baptist Camp sits on a quiet stretch of land just outside Monticello, Kentucky — a town that has long served as a gateway to the Red River Gorge and the Daniel Boone National Forest. Our grounds have hosted generations of church groups, families, and individuals seeking a setting where conversation deepens and spirits lift.
We are not a resort. We are a camp — one built on the conviction that the best gatherings happen away from screens and schedules, where the only agenda is each other and the quiet rhythm of the hills. Whether you are planning a youth retreat, a family reunion, or a weekend of silence and prayer, our cabins and campgrounds are ready for you.
From cozy cabins to open-air campgrounds, we have options that fit the size of your group and the kind of experience you're looking for.
Wood-framed and warmly furnished, our cabins offer a home base for small groups and families. Each one brings the comfort of indoor lodging with the feeling of being out in the woods.
